So a change in style can be achieved while content does not change. The advantage being you don't lose content and you have improved accessibility.
Accessibility means the degree to which something is accessible. It's strongly related to universal design-making things accessible to people in an easier way (easy access). This is important to consider within a webpage design as you want the layout to be easy to access so people won't be deterred.
Using templates changes the layout of the site, i downloaded a really cool template for my blog. It is creative and easy to navigate, i think it will be easier to use in this layout. Most of my content wasn't affected but some info disappeared.
